Tenant Screening and
Placement: Found a tenant?
Claviger will run credit, back ground, and
employement
checks and perform an in-person interview
with your
prospective tenant. Fee $100.00
Rental Marketing and
Staging.
Claviger will advertise your property on our
website and in the local newspaper, hold an
open house, and stage your property so that
you have the best chance of renting it quickly.
Fee $250 plus newspaper advertising costs
and $150 per open house.
Property maintenance
and repair.
At Claviger we have an established network
of licensed
professionals able to perform any manner of
maintenance and repair work.
Fee $20 per call plus actual cost of work
performed.
Rent Collection Services.
Claviger operates a full scale rent payment
outsourcing solution for only $10.00 per month
per unit.
