Claviger Property Management is a full-service real estate company specializing in single and multi-family residential income producing real estate. Founded in 1998, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing, rent collection and renovation services for residential properties in Sonoma, Marin, and Lake Counties.

Everything we do is focused on the ultimate goal of maximizing our clients' cash flow and increasing the net value of their investments as if we own it. From marketing to accounting to maintenance issues, we develop a customized business plan for each property.

Because we are an independent fee-management company, our experienced staff or licensed realtors and professional property managers is free to make the decisions that are in the best interest of our clients and their properties.

ECOLOGICALLY AND SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE

Claviger is proud to be an ecologically and socially responsible company. Wherever possible we use 100% recycled products. Many of our employees work from their home offices, thereby cutting down on gas and oil consumption for commuting purposes. Our company vehicles are either gas-electric hybrids or they run on bio-diesel fuels. Ten percent of the company's net profits are donated to programs that feed the hungry and house the homeless in the communities of the markets we serve.
